Supporting Regional Recovery Through Clean Energy Resources, Central Valley Region

Host: California Housing Partnership

The California Housing Partnership, in partnership with Self-Help Enterprises, is excited to host a webinar on Supporting Regional Recovery Through Clean Energy Resources on Wednesday, April 21 at 11:00 a.m.

As the recovery process from the COVID-19 pandemic begins, it is vital that communities know about the resources that are available now to help prioritize health, safety, and direct financial relief to low-income families impacted by higher utility bills. Clean energy resources can help deliver much needed relief to both residents and affordable housing operators during this recovery period.

This webinar will provide a high-level introductory overview of several key clean energy programs available in the Central Valley region for existing multifamily affordable housing portfolios. Participants will learn about co-leveraging multiple programs to maximize cash incentives to help pay for efficiency upgrades and solar photovoltaic installations which can significantly reduce tenant utility bills and operating costs. Additionally, Self-Help Enterprises will highlight key areas of focus for environmental justice in the Central Valley region and their work with residents to create awareness and increased access to clean energy resources for these communities. The resources presented during this session will serve as an important tool to help you navigate the recovery process.

In addition to these resources, the Partnership will also provide information to affordable housing operators on how to register for the upcoming Solar 101 Institute and our next Building Decarbonization Summit.

We hope you’ll join us!
