Solano supervisor applauds $5B homeless, affordable housing bill introduced in Senate

FAIRFIELD — A $5 billion proposal to fund homeless and affordable housing projects was introduced Wednesday in the state Senate.

The bill was applauded by Solano County Supervisor Skip Thomson.
