The Nonprofit Solar Stakeholders Coalition submitted a joint proposal to the California Public Utilities Commission for implementing last year’s Assembly Bill 693, which authorized the use of utility Cap-and-Trade auction revenue to fund solar energy systems on affordable multifamily rental properties in California. The Coalition includes the California Housing Partnership, California Environmental Justice Alliance, Brightline Defense Project, Natural Resources Defense Council, and the National Housing Law Project.
