Adriana Torres Ceja

Adriana Torres Ceja joined the California Housing Partnership in 2024. As an Equity Policy Research Fellow, she supports the Partnership’s affordable housing preservation and policy efforts through data analysis and conducting research on various affordable housing policy initiatives and emerging programs. Prior to joining the Partnership, Adriana worked as a Research Assistant at the Changing Cities Lab with Stanford, a Planning Intern with Kounkuey Design Initiative, and a Policy Advocacy Intern with Leadership Counsel for Justice and Accountability in her local community of the Eastern Coachella Valley.

Adriana is a current junior at Stanford University, studying Public Policy and Comparative Race and Ethnicity, as well as completing her Graduate Arts Program in Public Policy with a concentration in Urban Policy.
