Brianna Moncada

Brianna Moncada joined the California Housing Partnership in 2022. As Sustainable Housing Program Manager, she implements clean energy financing programs that help affordable housing communities achieve energy efficiency, decarbonization and sustainability improvements by engaging with affordable housing property owners, community based organizations, and stakeholder groups. Alongside coalition partners, she advocates for equitable energy efficiency and building decarbonization policies.

Prior to joining the Partnership, Brianna was an Account Manager at ICF for three years, based in Irvine, providing technical assistance and project management support for housing providers and contractors to successfully complete energy efficiency implementations on large multifamily properties through funding and incentive programs such as SoCalREN and the SoCal Gas Home Upgrade Program. Her work at ICF generated millions in electric savings that contributed to reaching local and state sustainability goals.

Brianna earned her B.A. in Environmental Science with a minor in Gender Studies from the University of California, Irvine in 2017 and her M.S. in Environmental Policy and Management with a concentration in Energy and Sustainability from the University of Denver in 2021.
