Danielle M. Mazzella joined the California Housing Partnership in January 2016. As Senior Research Manager, Danielle is responsible for managing the Partnership’s Preservation Database, providing technical assistance to affordable housing developers, jurisdictions, and government agencies, and supporting the Partnership’s advocacy efforts through data analysis and GIS mapping.    She was promoted from Preservation & Data Manager in 2022.

Prior to joining the California Housing Partnership, Danielle worked at the Non-Profit Housing Association of Northern California (NPH) where she collected data on existing financing mechanisms and policies for affordable housing, performed GIS analysis, and assisted in legislative advocacy efforts. 

Danielle received a M.A. in Geography from San Francisco State University in 2016, and received a B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2013.
