Emma Jordan joined the California Housing Partnership as a Research Associate in 2024. She supports the Partnership’s affordable housing data visualization and preservation projects through data analysis, spatial analysis and automation.
Prior to joining the Partnership, Emma worked as an analyst providing data analytic and technical support for Housing and Urban Development grantees within HOPWA, HOME, ESG, and CDBG contracted programs at the Cloudburst Group. She has also worked as a graduate student researcher for the Terner Center for Housing Innovation, focusing on research design, collection, and analysis in development impact fee reform. Emma received an M.A. in Public Policy from the University of California Berkeley and a B.A. in Political Science from The George Washington University.
