Jenny Wong joined the California Housing Partnership in 2025. As a Senior Financial Consultant, she provides financial consulting, technical assistance and training to our nonprofit and government partners. Jenny has experience with a variety of federal, state, and local funding sources, including Low Income Housing Tax Credits, tax-exempt bonds, HCD AHSC and IIG, CalHFA MIP, DTSC ECRG, and Federal Home Loan Bank’s AHP Program.
Prior to joining the Partnership, Jenny worked as a Senior Project Manager at the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda and a Project Manager at Meta Housing Corporation. During her eight years in project management, she contributed to the development of over 1,000 units of affordable housing for families, seniors, veterans, and special needs populations throughout California. Jenny earned a Master of Urban and Regional Planning degree from UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs and holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Urban Studies and in Psychology and Social Behavior from UC Irvine.
