Amanda Isbell joined the California Housing Partnership in 2013. As Managing Director of Human Resources and Operations, Amanda oversees the Operations team and provides strategic leadership of the organization’s administrative functions in human resources, finance, contract management and technology. She was promoted from HR and Operations Manager in 2022.
Prior to joining the Partnership, Amanda worked as the Project Assistant for four years at Satellite Affordable Housing Associates (SAHA). During Amanda’s time with SAHA, she provided support for the development of more than 28 affordable housing communities.
Amanda holds her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from San Francisco State University.
